Quality you can trust
We own the specification. Every batch answers to it.
APON FEED products are manufactured at an experienced feed manufacturing partner facility, to formulations and specifications that we develop and control. That lets us put our effort where it changes the product — R&D, quality control and the farmer relationship — while producing at proven industrial scale.
- 1
Formulation & R&D
Formulations draw on international and Vietnamese aqua-feed practice, then are worked against local nutritional requirement, raw material reality and pond conditions into a defined specification.
- 2
Raw material standards
Inputs are held to agreed quality parameters before they are allowed into an APON FEED batch.
- 3
Controlled production
Extrusion and processing run to our specification at the partner facility, with the process parameters that pellet quality depends on.
- 4
Batch quality control
Checks against specification before release, so the bag a farmer opens matches the one before it.
- 5
Field feedback loop
Performance and problems reported from actual ponds feed back into the next revision of the formulation.
Tested each batch
Six parameters, every batch.
Our laboratory and quality control process supports monitoring of nutritional specifications and finished feed consistency.
- Protein
- Fat
- Fibre
- Moisture
- Ash
- Pellet quality
Transparent by default
We would rather explain what a product is designed to do than overclaim. Specification sheets, feeding guidance and honest limitations are shared with farms and dealers who ask.
We publish crude protein because we hold every batch to it. Fat, fibre, moisture and ash are measured on each batch as part of quality control; we do not print a headline figure for them rather than publish a number we cannot stand behind on every bag.
Our quality approach
Four stages, one outcome.
- Quality raw materials
- Balanced nutrition
- Controlled manufacturing
- Consistent feed quality
